Contacts we never work with are cleared within 12 months of the last message. Where a placement happens, records stay for the length of the relationship and five years after it, as accounting and tax rules require. Addresses that ask to be left alone are kept on a suppression list for as long as we operate — its only function is to stop anyone here writing to you again.
